Our Fair Maiden

Maggie's birthday party was a big success in April. So was the district-wide open house for school in May. Sadie's Moon Phase poster was featured along with a handful chosen to be displayed at the event. She did a great job with it.

May 2010

Graduation for Maggie was such fun. She did a great job. She loves her new swingset and she loves playing Connect Four while swinging.

Easter 2010

Everyone really enjoyed Easter Sunday. I actually got Maggie's dress done early. It was lots of fun to plan and make. I also made her an outfit for her birthday coming up with an Alice in Wonderland theme.

Sadie has an actual babysitting job coming up on Friday night. It will be her first babysitting job involving going to the home of the child to work. She is so excited.

Spring! 2010

Egg hunt at school for Maggie; and an older picture of Sadie playing bells a few years ago. Sadie is at Falls Creek and Six Flags this weekend. She has a very full social calendar. Maggie is absolutely thrilled about being home today.

spring break 2010

We have had a super week off of school. The weather has been wonderful. Sadie has been busy with friends. Maggie has relished each day at home. We all watched "Gone with the Wind" and all enjoyed it. It has been a very memorable week.

reading corner

Maggie loves to read books to her "students" in her reading corner. She is such a good teacher. Sadie isn't home as much anymore now that she is growing up. I still love to take her picture too, when she is around! Maggie and I stayed outside most of today and really enjoyed it.
